I have the Optilocks on all my Tikka T3 and Sako m75 rifles. I prefer them.
I use the "low" rings with 40mm scopes. Shouldering the rifle with the "extra low or mediums" dont work for me.

Deadnutz makes a one-piece base and rings set for Tikka dovetailed recievers. They look solid. I think they're available from their website and maybe from Bass Pro also.
