Not sure if I'm posting in the right sub but I will be picking up a T3x 6.5CM this Friday and scope shortly afterwards, and was Just wondering what height of scope rings I should get for it.
I'd like to keep the scope as close to the rifle as possible, but also looking for comfort when shooting from any position. Would I be able to get away with a 1" ring height, or would 1.5" be a better option? I'll be getting MDT rings as I plan to change it out to an MDT chassis in the future. Or should a person wait until both items are in hand and see what best suits me for heights?
