I can’t find a Tac A1 compatible mag for 6.5 PRC.
TacA1 has only.223 and .308 cartridges listed. Unless I’m missing something?
I'm not sure if they have one or not - reach out to them and ask.

I might do that but at $200 per mag I might just sell the chassis and start over.I'm not sure if they have one or not - reach out to them and ask.
That’s what I thoughts.
But if you compare the mag that came with my rifle to the mag that came with my chassis, they are completely different.
The chassis mag is way thicker than the mag that came with my rifle.
Sonic, says his measure at 2.970 which would work, but it’s $200+ to find out.
I think I might just sell the chassis and go with a Cadex
Here’s a pic of the two mags.
The thicker mag is 6.5 CM from the Tac A1 chassis. The other is from my Tikka TX3 CTR, it’s stamped 6.5PRC.

That’s how I got it figured out.I’m SOL.The skinny mag is the ones that go with the hunting rifles, the larger mag comes with the CTR and A1 rifles. They don't make the tactical magazine in a long action or short magnum from my understanding.

Yes, that’s my plan.Yes, they are very expensive.
The best thing to do if its in the budget, is to get yourself setup with AICS mags.
Yes, that’s my plan.
I’ll sell the Tac A1 and put the money towards a Cadex OT core or a Tac21.
I’m in no hurry as The original stock will do for now.
Thanks,I’ll take a look.KRG Bravo is one to consider as well.
Really punches above it's weight class. Great price, great ergonomics and lots of accessories available.
