Anyone have one? Would love to hear some feedback. Considering ordering one in 6.5. Was going to do the CTR into a chassis route but the Target ACE seems to be a better deal with heavy barrel and 2-stage Trigger.

I've put abut 50 rounds through mine so far - 6.5CM. Factory and hand loads.

Hand loads are 5 shot groups into a dime at 100 yards.

It's a Tikka. Feels good, shoots well. Price point for what you get is spot on in my opinion. I did not touch the trigger settings from factory. May lower the setting just a bit going forward. The action is smoooooth.

Only negative for me are the CTR mags deciding not to feed now and again, but this is a longstanding issue with those mags.

Originally they said they were going to have an optional AICS magwell but looks like they dropped it. You can get a magwell for the standard plastic T3x mags but who would want to go down to 5 rounds. The CTR/Arctic/Ace at least are available in 5 and 10 rounders, not 3 and 5 like the standard mags.

As per T3x mags the Ace mags are not cheap. It's stupid how much they cost until you look at what they charge for Sako mags lol.

The accessories are finally available now in Canada. Have added to mine and it's sitting waiting to go back out to the range. Added some front weights, better IMHO thumb rest and ordered the bag rider this morning which Stoeger just got in stock.

This is fresh out of the box before my rings arrived (Burris Sig XTR)

Is the Ace Target a heavy sporter barrel ?
lighter rifle than the Ace Varmint, thinner barrel than the Ace Varmint ?
Target has a heavy barrel, correct. 2 stage trigger

Game is 0.2-0.9kg lighter depending on calibre, with thinner barrel, Single stage trigger

found info on U2b in vids by Tikka
Game has a 'medium contour' is all i could find, maybe 20 mm like the CTR?
and the Target shares the larger 22mm barrel of the Varmint

thats an interesting chassis, well thought out features

Struck me as a TAC A1 with a different stock, may be a better one more inclined to PRS. Not too sure about a "heavy" barrel, think it is the TAC a1 barrel, which I believe is not as heavy as their varmint barrels.

I really want one in 6.5CM with a 26" barrel but i am having a hard time finding one. Easy to find 24" though.

Have it in 308 - excellent rifle. Exactly what you would expect from a Tikka. Extremely high quality; smooth, accurate, well made. Two-stage trigger is lovely. I do wish (are they still going forward with it?) there would be an AICS magwell, but not a dealbreaker to me. I have nothing but positive things to say.
