Pretty wide open question, as every rifle can and will be slightly different.
Just about any of the good match bullets on the market these days will group well at 100 yards, see what is available locally and pick one ! :>)

There isn't any factory "match ammo" for 243 Winchester available that I'm aware. Go grab a few boxes of varying types and weights and try them out and see which shoots best in your rifle. Being a Varmint model Id say something in the 80 - 100 gr weight should be very good.

The most accurate ammunition I’ve shot in multiple 243 Win rifle is Hornady 243 Win 95gr SST.
It’s not match ammo but it would shoot better than 1 MOA at 200 yards.

The 'least' expensive Winchester Super X 100grn groups touching at 100 yards through my Browning...thus I have never used anything else in 20+ years...

If you hand load or can bribe someone into helping you learn. Almost every 243 will shoot 70 grain matchkings or ballistic tips over a stout load of Varget very well.

Yeah, you're super limited with 243 match ammo due to the fact that the 6mm Creedmoor exists. If there was a 108 ELD-M match ammo offering or a 105 Berger Hybrid, you'd be set, but unfortunately, you're not gonna find much because the 243 is still seen as the varminiting caliber where the 6CM has become the match caliber.

As @Buji88 said, try some 90+ gr factory loads and run them. If you can start handloading then you'll open up a whole world of possibilities!
