You actually have lots of options. Much more now than a couple years ago. McMillan and Manners both inlet for T3's for most of their stocks. If you want a more hunting style than a tactical/prone stock the McMillan Sako Varmint is a nice option(they will inlet it for a T3). Quite a few aluminum chassis systems available as well if that floats your boat: KRG whiske-3, XLR chassis, Elliseo tube chassis... and I think one or two others, but can't recall off the top of my head.
A rally nice laminate option is GRS stocks out of Norway. They can ship directly to Canada. A good site to check out stocks and accessories for the T3 is Roedale precision's website.

Go to Tikkashooters.com, a bit on there also. GRS has a dealer in Montana who ships up here regular. I hear that AICS is making their stock for Tikka's also, which is off because Roedale has been doing it for them for a while.
