Tikka vs fierce

Just do a quick search on Fierce quality control. They're not worth even close to what they charge for them. Complete garbage and the new American made guns are perhaps worse than the Canadian made guns.

I don't have to do a search as I own both of the actions in the Fierce line (85 clone the "Carbon edge, 6.5PRC" and 700 clone the "CT Rival, 7SAUM") plus multiple Tikka rifles as well. If you want to compare equal quality rifles feature to feature you'd better compare the Fierce line to the Sako carbon light at a minimum, the tikka T3 is a budget rifle, although it is a very good budget rifle. :) JMHO though

^what type of trigger and the safety coming out of the bolt shroud?

Trigger is original with safety lever removed, shroud section is from a company ASH in Germany that made the three way safety that engages on the firing pin. Works very well but only if adjusted right. If trigger is taken of for cleaning it must be adjusted again. Anyway many gunsmiths were not able to fit them properly and it was taken off the market.
