I've only been to the store one time, but you could immediately tell from the atmosphere these are great people. It was super busy but they helped me ring through pronto. Ordered one time online and it shipped out immediately and delivered to Toronto fast. I also appreciate how their website is accurate for their store inventory.

No problem with the service & fast shipping, online was being slow,{my end} he took order/info over the phone. The one thing I didn't like, he wouldn't price match an in stock competitor{& sponsor}. It was a day or 2 b4 {that} new PAL verification came in, & the other store wasn't answering or something, & he knew I wanted to get it through asap lol..Mehh~
