Getting older, fighting a cancer and moving soon in my house in NH, i figured out that many handguns i wont need in the states ( i will buy new ones) are gonna go, i try to sell them but offers were scarce, i am giving some away to good friends, what my grandkids wont take is expendable and good stuff for true friends.

As someone who knows all too well about cancer, the mantra of a "fight" or "battle" is irksome. I know people mean well when they say it but the outcome of losing "the fight or battle" implies one didn't fight hard enough or gave up, hardly the case for those living with the disease. We learn to cope, some need help, others don't but adapting to a new reality is what we must do.

I would rather say cancer is a journey through a different reality that only those who walk through that experience can understand, it is profound and in many cases enlightening.

I’m confused. You are fighting cancer but heading to the US. I realize that our universal healthcare isn’t perfect but are you expecting better care in the US? Of course you can pay for it. Just curious. I certainly wish you all the best.
