its explained a liitle better on page 34 of the reg,s
if you do that though.it put youback to pool #2. for the next year.......better to just mail in your tag with 99z..........or just leavethe form blankpumpgunner said:That's exactly what I want to do, remain in pool 1 for next year. It seems the only option for this is by doing a paper application, not the telephone option. I guess I will apply for a hard to get region and hope I don't get a tag.
