Timney 870 Trigger Fix

Has anyone here tried the Timney trigger fix for Remington 870's? This is supposed to work on 7400 & 7600's as well.

I have one, but have not installed it yet.

Hopefully I can get to that next week.

Tangokilo - post what you find after installing yours. Would like to know before I buy some from Timney.

Reading up on the Timney trigger fix, some were suggesting trying the 3LB competition trap gun. If the trap gun has a better spring does it also have a better sear. Also, what parts do they use for the rifles.

I believe the trigger group is the same for the 870, 7400 & 7600. From the info on the Timney site it looks like their kit replaces the sear with an adjustable one and comes with three different springs.
