It does seem to be safe at that weight though. Set between 8-10onces on my gun I can slam the butstock down (while empty) and handle the gun roughly and it doesn't go off. Seems safe at the advertised weight.
i have one on a built 308 its a good trigger for shooting off the bench, takes a bit of getting used too but once you do you'll love it, i have one on ee if you need it
So I got my tactical trigger in the mail today though I haven't installed it yet. I noticed it did not have the lever to remove the bolt. Am I missing a part? If not how is the bolt removed with this trigger installed?

there is no bolt release on this trigger its ment for remington clone actions with a side mounted bolt release, but i'm sure you could add the one off your factory trigger?
