Wanted to thank Ernie from Lakefield Ont. for his recent help with an issue on my FVSR - a new extractor / spring (under warranty) arrived at my door 4 days after talking to him on the phone.......

How come no other industry takes care of its customers in a timely manner like those involved in the shooting sports?

I'll add Savage to my preferred vendor list...LOL
