Tip on how to help steady my aim?

I've seen some new shooters all tight and tense, craning their heads low and forward into their shoulders trying to stretch their arms as far forward as possible. All that tension can't be good for steady hands. I f your arms are tired, lower them abd take a breath. Don't feel like you need to empty the mag before taking a breath.

too much sugar, too much coffee, too much booze!
Drink water, do some exercise, eat light food : reduce shaking.

Only place where i eat sugar is in my coffee, call me boring but i dont like sweet food. I do drink a bit of coffee but skipping for a few day make no difference i doupt its an issue. And i havent had a drink in months.

It look like a muscle issue, i will try to hold weight with my extended arm as an exercice and see if i get any improvement.

As for my grip and flinching, usually those have noticable pattern, at first i knew i was flinching cause i was hitting left low (right handed). Now i dont have that issue anymore.

Take up the shooting/aiming position with eyes closed. Open eyes. If you are off target by 2 feet, move your feet a bit. Repeat. This gets you the no stress position.

I did some regular mild weight lifting back in the day and it helped my handgunning a lot.

Fight the urge to pull the trigger when sight picture looks good.

Reactive interferance! ^^ That certainly explains my shooting problem.

Wish I hadn't watched the concluding five minutes about teenage girls; apparently explains why my daughters don't like shooting with me.:(

...Go from low ready or holster to shoot one or two rounds. Relax and repeat.
Increase the rounds fired before each break in firing as you get better....

This is a good reminder for me as well. Last time I was at the range I did OK at the beginning but it deteriorated, most likely because I wasn't relaxing enough between strings.
