For $29.99 , this little vise is very solid.

Aluminum variable expansion rods.
6 nice sized rubber pads.
Locking V rests that secure into slots molded into the chassis.

I ended going online to Cabelas.ca

My local gun shop only had the Tipton Best Gun Vise which is an overkill for my day to day needs.

Yeah, I have the best one for my shop. But that range version looks great! I want one. I started a thread at my lgs to see if they'd bring some in. Thanks!
