Why not go with a lmt semi auto carrier? It's lighter than the milspec fa carriers. And substantially cheaper than titanium. Which incidentally most tiatnium alloys performs poorly under friction loads.
This, or as already mentioned; the JP lightweight bolt carrier.
If you really want a super light upper/lower set, the Battle Arms Development upper/lower are billet milled 7075-T6, and are nice and light with cutouts everywhere. You could try and get IRG to get them for you.

As mentioned; a Titanium upper/lower set won't be lighter than Aluminum, but because it's much less wear resistant, will not last nearly as long as an Aluminum receiver set would. Surprisingly enough, 7075-T6 Aircraft grade Aluminum is probably one of the best materials you can use for an AR15 upper/lower.
OR, just stick with the standard Forged upper/lower, because they're likely the lightest possible set you can get. The original forgings were meant to be as lightweight and strong as possible.
