Titanium Gunsmithing?

The search isn't working so can anyone tell me if Titanium alloy receivers can be worked on by any smiths? Can they be trued or blueprinted? (like a Rem Ti)

I did one but I won't do another. They are finished beautifully and it was quite true to start with. For the effort I don't think it was worth it.
