3.9-4.3gr officially. I think you can go a little bit lower to get light load

Try 3.5 to 4.3 in 0.3 gr increments and see what your gun likes.

I have been using 3.9 and works great.

Its my go to. Sub 4 is going to be pretty light with FMJ. I live around 4.3 right now, as I tend to get the tightest follow up shots (personal preference)

Used it when I had a 929, seem to remember around 3.7 or 3.8
