if your local supplier doesnt have it in, ask them if they are getting some in. Ask them to put some on hold for you. I use it all the time, but I am in BC... cant help you out.
It was carried by Wholesale Sports, The Shooting Edge and ProLine, but I expect their stock is depleted at this time..You can try BassPro but their powders run about $10/# more than anybody else it seems.
