TNW Aero survival rifle for PCC matches?

I think it could work. The jr carbine is just meh for it.

Mag release being the biggest issue. Same as the JR.
Rails or handguards ? Can they be swapped?

My opinion would be it will jam too much..... mine is lucky to get through 4 mags without having a FTE. It will also get this occasional weird jam when you insert the mag and drop the bolt, that the round will jam on what appears to be the feed ramp, and what is really odd is following that, it will do that to EVERY SINGLE round left in the mag! "not seated properly you may say" sure, take it out, insert back in AND IT DOES IT AGAIN??! BUT try another fully loaded mag and it will go back to working lol IDK
Reload the mag that jammed and it will work again.

This failure is WELL documented in Hickok45's review of the ASR.

Would NOT reconmend it for ANY competitions.

I going to shoot PCC this year in USA see how I like it.Got JR Carbine that works flawlessly nice to be able to use high cap mags in US.Two thing do not like is where mag release is and bolt does not lock back on last round. Hopefully get through most stages with one mag change.

There is a Canadian made PCC that takes Glock mags and holds open on an empty mag that will be released right away. A couple guys in Alberta have it all figured out, Big Red in southern Alberta has all the info on it if memory serves correct.

How bout the PCC from Thureon Defence? They take the Glock mags and triggers can be swapped out any AR version you like. I have the version in 40cal as I got a screaming good deal on it a few years back. If I had to do it again, I would opt for the same one in 9mm.
