TNW Mg-34

Wouldn't happen to me...I am normally the RO...woo-hoo! I'll probably never own one, but if one does show up on my line...fire away!

Hey, I thought I would never own one either... but working extra shifts at my part time job and now look, I will be holding a one in my hands in a few months! Just have to pay it off first! :)

I strongly recommend printing the frt's and keep your reciept on you and also bring a copy of the firearms act highlighting the pre 45 clause , ive been taken down at gun point for shooting these non restricteds on crown land as most LEO's are not familar in depth with the fireams act and will likely detain, seize arrest you then you pay a lawyer 5000$ a day to prove a known fact or else face life changing actions ... Just finished a 40,000$ legal case over this so be prepared it can happen to anyone of you
Stay cool be ahead of the game plan for the worst case scenario. I strongly recommend also that you fire these type of firearms at a range only ,where your executives are familiar with you and your collection so they can educate others as they are "scary" i would hate for another innocent sportsman to be harmed by the law out of stupidity of someone else
End of rant lol

Damn. I am sorry for you man! The range I am with is only pistol and I am pretty sure the guy next to me (Who complained that I "Fired to fast" during the free shoot would complain if I put 50 rounds down range haha). I will make sure to print the FRT off and receipt. Thanks for the heads up and sorry to hear again! Hope everything is working out fine for you. Makes me a little sick in the stomach hearing what is going on to the law abiding citizens by our police. But I have never had run in or seen (other then driving down the road) any Police or Conservation officers while I was shooting on crown land. One time a family drove in and we let them shoot the SVTs and SKSs and they loved it! Dad, wife, daughter and son they loved them all! It was great seeing the smile on their face!

I recall reading on CGN a while back about a false arrest case (Maybe not gun related, IDK) where the arrested person was awarded a large settlement.
IIRC, the court said that one hour of unwarranted arrest was worth about $70,000.
Does anyone remember this?
That might be a very good article to carry along also.

This is the frt for TNW mg34

If anybody can get your 34 running smoothly, it's airborneBoi. The guy has a fantastic knowledge of the system and is good at what he does.

Still doesn't mean I won't kick his arse in a one on one though, 1919 vs MG34... ;)
