To a helpful sould with a ballistics program...

Would somebody mind running these numbers for me? I'd like to know at what range a 7mm 180gr pill with a BC of .685 launching at 2750fps will drop below 1050fps. 1000 yard total drop would be cool too. Call the altitude 1000ft, temp 15ºC, humidity default or 60%. Thanks!

Ardent: Total drop with a 100 yard zero is about 297"
Point at which your velocity degrades to 1050 fps, between 1600 & 1625 yards. Getting out close to a mile there! Regards, Eagleye

Levi, thanks for the link to Pcb. I used my verrynear and determined the line of sight above my bore and away I went. Now to find the 1 click to .????" at 100 yards I gotta experiment when I get my load down and sandbag the gun in. I have 1/4moa adjustments so .25"? but technicaly 2862 millirad to a circle dare I go on so I left it at default .360".
