speak for yourself, I have to deal with people every year that think they had permission here 5-10 years ago that they still do.

Sure did. I called Buckingham Palace the other day and was put right through to Her Majesty. She's cool with it.

I've lived in places where permission would be given and in others where the average person would rather cut off a finger than have some outsider making footmarks on his dirt. Now I too pretty much rely on the hospitality of Her Majesty The Queen Of Canada.

I'd spare one of my pinkies cause I'm one of those guys. There's reasons average people like us won't let outsiders set foot on dirt we own.

i have my lawn chair ready, spotted 6 deer a few km from my house today. they are moving closer as they hang out in my yard and my neighbors bush lot.

A guy at work said it doesnt count as hunting if i dont leave my yard.... not sure how that logic works, since technically any private property a hunter owns could technically be his yard. i think he is jealous haha

Rather depends who's land you are caught on without permission doesn't it. In SOME areas, you may find yourself walking home from where your truck WAS parked, as it is now in an impound yard with towing and related storage charges. Others might not be so reasonable.

You're a lucky man to be able to hunt Crown land. Unfortunately, not much of that in Saskatchewan south of the Norther Provincial Forrest. There is some, but like I said, not much.

Nope, never been impounded as I always have permision from the land owner prior to hunting (if I leave my own property that is).
However, around Hudson Bay Sask, there have been vehicles shot full of holes and diamond harrows laid across trails on private property.

I know of a little patch of crown land about 100 square miles with only 3 good access points

There aren't many perks when it comes to living in Northern Ontario but easy access to crown land the size of a large European country is one of them.

There is an abundance of wildlife land that anyone can hunt over.
Check it out as some of it isnt hardly hunted over
