If you want a AI just get it the first time because you will end up with it anyway down the road... ask me how I know.
The AT is a bargin really at 5K, (I know that sounds crazy) its a upgraded AW at 2k less than the AW used ti retail for.
And YES the AT will be both Reliable AND Accurate, it could be argued that the AI's fill this roll better than any other rifle on the market.
Edit: Another consideration is resale(god forbid) The AI will hold it's value pretty well but the jazzed up 700 will always be a 700.
Pgw, AI, DTA, TRG, MRAd, I'd like to see a thread comparing all of these made by some lucky bugger that owns all of em.

Are you losing much in the AE (Accuracy Enforcer) instead of the AW? That's what I have and I always feel I'm missing out. It was replaced by the AT I think.
Do you own the AT? If so what caliber?
Well I wouldn't use it as a pry bar but a chin-up or two should not hurt it. In all seriousness the only practical difference would be your magazine sticks down lower since it is a single stack. On an AE check the torque on your action screws once in a while, other than that you have the same bolt and trigger.
The reason for the bonded versions like the AW was it was designed to survive a fall from a helicopter (which is why they have iron sights as well because the chances of the scope surviving that are slim).
Parts are and will still be made for them as AI will continue to support the older models with parts and service. FYI an AW or AT barrel will thread right onto your AE if you ever wanted to swap to a 6.5 or 6mm cal. You just need the action wrench and a barrel vise.
Is the AT bonded like the AW?
I have the AXMC in 308, picking up a 6mm barrel of some sort down the road. The AXMC and the AT are the same barrelled action, just the AXMC has a railed forend and more adjustability in the buttstock, identical rifles as far as accuracy and reliability go. First group I shot out of my AI was 0.150" at 100yds, this was shots 5-9 from the rifle off a bipod and tab rear bag.

I have read this thread with great interest over the last couple of days. Great to hear of all the positive feedback on the AI rifles.
I would just like to clarify that the AX only comes in .308 (small tenon) and the AXMC (multi-caliber, large tenon) is in .338LM or 300WM. The AX and AT have interchangeable barrels but the AXMC does not swap with the AT.
Only the pistol grip version. Just sold the last AT in stock this morning I am afraid. To get on the back order list, just send an e-mail or call. Be aware that the 2016 pricing is expected to rise due to the weak Canadian dollar. Maybe time to take advantage of the 2015 AX pricing on the models left in stock.
