Ive seen panic selling for sure but not what id consider a deal. I dont want youre sks for 800 dollars you can take the loss and be a cuck sell for 300

There will probably be very little panic selling . Most firearm owners realize that NR firearms do not have a paper trail , so they will just hunker down with the firearms that they own , and ride out the storm over the next couple of years until Trudeau is turfed from office . Trudeau can ban anything he wants , but the government has no idea of who owns what , or where it is.....just ride out the storm until the CPC is returned to office , and these bans are reversed .

Lmao
lol even.

This is why this country is going down the pipes, the smallest sign of trouble and the lot scatter like rats .
Support your local store, an important part of our nation is going to have some very hard times ahead. Don't live in fear of a piece of paper, keep training, keep enjoying , stay active.

but also lol

So someone who doesn't want it anymore makes a deal with someone who does want it and they exchange.

And the problem is? Someone still has the gun.

Free market doing free market ####. But hey, lets all care about what people decide to do with their own property lol.

Never know what those folks keep, either ;) but I wouldn't let that get in the way of feeling superior. Gotta have some reason to, after all.

Definitely not the smallest sign of trouble. More like 4 horse men & trumpets. I ain't buying, but not selling either. The people panic selling probably have more $$$ than they can afford invested and only bought them thinking they could sell & get their money back if they had to.

Wow dude pull your head outta your a$$.. people are free to do as they want with what they own don't need some goof acting high and mighty spewing hate.

Multiple reasons people may wanna sell, who the hell are you to judge or ridicule anyone.

Clowns like you are why we are where we are.

...Guy, for people to panic sell, there have to be buyers. Where do you think they're all going you dunce?? There are no fewer firearms or firearms owners in Canada. There's actually probably more owners, as the people panic selling likely have many (Which is why they might want to unload some), and the people buying likely have few or none (Which is why they want to get one while they can).

Exactly. Whether person A or person B owns the gun in question at the end of the day is irrelevant. It wasn't ground into dust or thrown in a river.

Maybe it’s time to forget about all those laws..just buy and sell as we wish, no transfer docs or approvals, use our IOC guns and let the Libs enjoys their fantasies.

I am to the point thats I think, our options are that all those laws will just need to be ignored.

This is exactly how we collectively need to react. Gun owners are the most legally observant group in our society. Following the "law" is ingrained in us. The reason for that is the rules, or the laws in place were sensible ones. Times have changed, the laws are no longer sensible. We are the political target of an ideology that is hell bent on pitting Canadians against one another. Let us not play that game!?

They know who has the restricted and prohibited guns, there's not much that can be done about that, but firearms that have no restrictions, let us trade and sell them freely between ourselves, and leave the feds in the dark. Say nothing. Report nothing. Give them zero data to track.

Never relent.

This is my route. I’ll continue to buy what comes up as a good deal untill I can’t anymore, my RPAL is just a paper weight for now. Will continue to renew it as long as it is available. Sooner or later we will be able to get our toys back.

Like ripping off a bandage, the faster all my guns are prohib and I'm a criminal, the faster I can behave like one. All these nonsense rules will mean nothing. Carry what I want, and cold dead hands.

Of course a smart gov't should rather know what I have, know that I'm following laws, and leave me alone, but if the gov't isn't that smart, then it'll wind up the other way. Ça m'est egal.

Exactly this, I am selling off excess so others can get in while reducing personal financial liability. Same like handguns. We picked up some from people selling their excess. It's not people running from the sport, its mostly re-distribution to a wider audience and people concentrating down to their favourites. If nothing happens, we can all buy more, if the bans come down no sense leaving some holding nothing and others holding excess paperweights.

I don’t know about panic selling but this is shockingly the best Black Friday sales Canadian retailers have had in many years!

Liberal communist freaks couldn’t have timed their back door contempt of the legislative process (there will assuredly be lawsuits about that alone) any better than they did.

I would like to honestly know what the retailers had planned before this (Black Friday sales where laughable the last couple years) because it certainly appears they added lots to the sales and are all dumping massive amounts of inventory at surprisingly good prices (well relative to todays normal absurd prices).
