To hand powder a Dillon 550... or not...

Just wondering how many of you have hand powdered a 550 in the process of building up a load you like? If so, do you know the part numbers required?

The cheapest way of doing it would be to remove the powder measure and put the case expander die in it's place, you would have to remove the case to put the powder in but if you are developing loads speed probably isn't a consideration. Other than that, Lee makes a powder through expander die that you could use, you can get the part number for the one you need from the Lee site below.

I do what gushulak does except I would like to get a single stage used press to do my depriming/sizing for rifle ccartridges. By doing that operation on a single stage I could then have my Lee neck expander die in Stage 1, powder die in 2, boolit seater in 3 and Lee crimping die in 4.
