My t97 will not cycle a round.Ive tried 3 types of ammo and it wont move the bolt back enough to at least jam.Any ideas.

i cant remember if it is 1-3 or 0-2? but it sould work on the second setting.

has 3 settings 0,1,and 2 . 0 will single fire, 2 is regular and 1 im thinking for suppressed?
