I'm still waiting for a refund from an affiliate company.
Ice arms refuses to respond, or refund my money for a product that I have not received, and do not want to receive.

I've been trying to get them to respond for months with no luck whatsoever. The way they change business names all the time seems pretty shady.
 
Their parent company appears to be Dlask Arms. Their "store" in Delta, BC almost looks abandoned - I've had little luck getting a hold of anybody in the past 6 months.
 
I wrote Dlask off when they wouldn't reply to my e-mails. At all. Ever.

I'll spend my money on Springfield Armory M1A... I'm over the whole AR-15 thing anyways.

I sure hope not! I ordered a phosphate coated BCG on April 25. Took them almost a week to accept the EMT and now no reply to an email request for update. Gonna try to call next week if I don't hear back.
 
I've only had 1 instance where my email was responded to. My advice would be call, which even then is spotty at best, but after several tries someone usually answers. I'm still waiting on an item from my last order, which has been frustrating to say the least. Love their products, but not exactly the smoothest order I've ever done. I'm sure they'll make it right, they seem to just get completely overwhelmed, my advice would be call, and call again, and again (I know it sucks).
 
Try sending them a text message at 1-250-619-2251. Usually get a quick response that way. Maybe they are preoccupied with their move into the US market, and have forgot where they came from...
 
I've had no problems with Dlask. They promptly emailed me to let me know when a backordered item would arrive, and sure enough, it shipped when they said it would.
 
I was at their shop last week and as usual Joe and other were busy working on their machines in the back not sitting answering emails. Pick up the phone and call Dlask, I am sure she will answer and help sort things out. As other here i have never had an issue and thats going back many years.
 
They have not been online on this site since April 24... Give them a shout.

Still waiting for my refund too. If these guys are affiliated or know the Icearms crew then you should get your #### together. I'll be calling the credit card company next week to complain and get a refund that way.
 
I could never get a reply out of them, no matter what company/store name they were acting under.

Sucks because they're pretty close to me and I like to support my local businesses, however I have a tough time handing over my money to a business that's too busy to answer my questions.
 
Stupid question but, how many names do you guys go by and are they all active? You're really causing us a lot of confusion especially when emails don't get answered.
