Toasted barrel chamber?

Went to the range today and found out this after about 20 rounds, the barrel is from a norinco np-34, with less than 100 round

There's about 0.001" of extrusion... It was smooth before and I dont even know there was an insert. Or stepped chamber. Is my barrel toast? What can possibly cause this? I got feeding issue after this

I have no idea what you are posting about? The line you see is due to the 2 piece barrel, Nork make the breach block then thread or press the barrel into it....not entirely sure how they mate the 2 as I would never buy one.
Normal for a Nork, not how SIG make them....frame will probably fail well before that barrel

I mean before the shooting there was no mark at all, the surface was flat and there was no "sign" of the 2 piece construction, it seems the chamber extruded after some round. causing jams

If the barrel and locking lug are assembled using two pieces, as mentioned above, this is not an extrusion of the chamber. It would appear, as you describe it, that the barrel and locking lug have slipped. Nothing wrong with the chamber. Now, this might be a one time movement, or it might continue. I would seek a warranty replacement, if possible, otherwise, a replacement might be in order.
