No, it's still a Tokarev so just the barrel, link and link pin.
If it's a real Tokagypt (ie: one that actually made it to Egypy before the contract was cancelled), then you need to track down a barrel as they were 9mm. The ones that were re-stamped and put up for retail customers after the contract was cancelled, they should come with both barrels unless it went missing over the years.
Also, check your magazines. If there is a spacer block in the rear of the magazine it will only work with the shorter 9mm. If there isn't then you can use them for both 9mm and 7.62x25TT.
Marstar has both styles of magazines but I think he is out of barrels at this time.
Personally, I would keep it in 9mm as the ammo is readily available and you can shoot it at any range. The surplus 7.62x25 is cheap and available in big cases BUT is corrosive and has steel jacketed bullets so some ranges won't let you shoot is as it's too hard on the backstop. 7.62x25TT commercial ammo is reloadable, copper jacketed bullets and non-corrosive but it is hard to find.
These guns are quite accurate with 9mm and are still fun to shoot. 7.62x25TT is very snappy and quite loud.
