Been having problems with my Tok feeding ammo properly. At home the ammo feeds beautifully, chambers and ejects just fine but when I get it to the range I can't run a mag without it jamming. Same thing in both my Russian wartime Tok and my new norc T54. Any ideas guys on what's up here?

Is it ammo that has the 3 (or 4?) little dot crimps on the case neck? I found that some of that ammo would get stuck on my feed ramp since there was a bit of an edge. I just polished my feed ramp with a dremel to make it smoother and all was well for me.

The magazine is as important as the gun. Since all three are doing this it's either the magazines have become damaged or the ammo itself is out of spec.

Issues of working with ammo at home aside what you do when hand racking the slide often has little similarity to what the slide does from actually being fired. Hand cycling only tells you so much.

These are reloads. Factory and surplus runs perfectly in both pistols. Figured if it chambers and ejects without a problem it should work at the range. Really enjoy shooting these pistols but it's a tad discouraging to not be able to run a mag without a jam. Kinda need the Russian to be flawless since it's my atc pistol. Gonna get a hicap norc 1911 for my next atc gun but the Toks all I got for now.

Well had the pistol out for a shoot in the bush this morning and still having issues with 14gn H110. Maybe needs hotter? All I've got in stock besides the H110 is clays, lilgun, and HP-38. That hotter load did seem help a bit but still with the slightly stuck slide need a tap to a good push to close it up. And so the struggle continues.
