*** Tokarev TT-33 Combo Package Shipping August 8th ***

What would be considered a remote location? I'm in a small town in Northern Alberta (Manning), I've had UPS, DHL, and Purolator ship here, but apparently Canpar doesn't service this area. Would I be close enough to civilization, or SOL?
