I have a tt33 1943 dated that I have had for about 12-15 years hadn't shot it in over 10 years shot it last week it shoots about 10-12inch low at 25m (wasn't me I sandbagged it too be sure)

so options to fix sight are what find a taller rear sight? I don't want to file front sight its already pretty low

other problem I shoot 100 rnds and on my second last shot the firing pin retaining pin broke so I need a new one OR would a roll pin be safe to use IF I can find the right diameter pin? or anyone know a source for these pins I'm not having any luck finding one

The firing pin retaining pin is a common breakage part, especially if you dry fire the pistol.

I bought my pins from Trade Ex, but I think they’re sold out. I’m pretty sure even a correct size roll pin would work though?

well I made one today with a roll pin had to hammer it so it was closed tightly them I had to remove t a small amount of material by putting it in my drill and using a file I made it the exact same size as the orig pin Ill shoot it on sunday and see
