I went to a meeting and then a CDPA(IDPA) shoot last weekend at the Smiths Falls club.
Great bunch of guys. Really friendly and helpful.
Joining up this Sunday.
Fees are $125 single or $145 Family.

RA Centre requires you be a Government Employee past or present IIRC.
Fees can get expensive as you need to join RA then join the RA Center and then the Gun Club.

It has a 100/200 yard rifle range. and 3 pistol bays (soon to add 4 more) .
It is an out door range and is open year round.

Im in the west end 25 min west of ottawa in carleton place so eohc is a bit of a drive but if membership isn't too much definetly a possibility

I assume the $425 price is from Stittsville. I cannot bring myself to pay that myself. I joined the NCRRA (National Capital Region Rifle Association). They shoot at Connaught; the pistol rnage is quite impressive. The shooting times are a bit more restrictive than Stittsville, but they are also 1/3 the price, and you can shoot to 900m if you have a rifle capable of that.
