Took me years but i bought the Best S&W DA Frist Model with the LONGER cylinder in 44 S&W CTG
By Got it i meen i bought it but have to wait for it now.
Theses are like Hens teeth :)
Anyone with theses with the longer cylinders will know what im on about.
This gun has a 1 inch and 9/16th long cylinder but is in 44 S&W (44 Russian) Chambered.:rockOn:
This one is in Ex condition tho the Pics dont do it justice.
There sometimes refered to as the long strap models.

Ive never even seen one in 44 S&W with the Extra long cylinder and 6 inch Barrel, all the ones i had were 4 inch or 5 inch barreled guns.
this one orignal grips is ser #ed in the 44000s has all the markings ect and is supose to be a tight unit.
Its a Keeper im thinking.

Theses DA S&Ws are just Great.
I sold my Last one cause i needed money for my new Jeep but this one makes up for selling my other keeper.
I always wanted one with a six inch barrel.
There was a few long cylinder models with 5 inch and 4 inch barrels on GB but they went for like $1800 + US.
This one should end up my bush packer shooting 44 Sp.

I like theses S&W cause there light weight
Slick and smooth come outa a holster well.
They can shoot 44 Sp.
They can be loaded with a Speed loader.

I like the DA Revolvers in case a bear eats off my Thumbs :eek:
Ya cant load theses with hoter loads like the solid frame antique guns tho.
750 to 800 Fps is lots for around here.

just when i was getting bored this rare gun poped up :)
