Took my Martini rifle hunting

[chasseur]

Took my Martini rifle out for a rabbit hunt.It s a Francotte sporting martini in 22lr retailed by J Venables and sons in England. It has a 26inch ovate barrel with a full length rib and express sights. It balances nicely and comes to the shoulder with ease.

Either that's a really big hare or your martini is quite small, lol
No offense, I've a tired old M-E with a new P-H bbl.
They are a superb little action IMO

The hares come big here abouts. The barrel is 26 inches long so it's a good scale to the size of the hare

Very nice, now how did you cook the rabbit?

[chasseur]

Actually the rabbit is going to be a gift for a friend .

Nice. Lot bigger than the cotten tails we have around my neck of the woods.

Nice, love the martini cadet actions.
