It should just be an allen key. Remove the stock and you will be able to see, although that's not necessary to adjust it.

Edit: its a 2.5mm allen key

T3 manual is here. Says the factory trigger is 3 pounds. That's excellent and plenty light enough for a hunting rifle. http://www.tikka.fi/pdf/manuals/TikkaT3_RH.pdf
