Top mount red dot or similar on a Ruger SR9?

I am looking to get my first hand gun and I have shot the SR9 and liked it, I also like the M&P 9 but the Ruger is priced much better. My question is this, is there a red dot or holographic type scope you can put on the Ruger SR9 or should I look for a different gun with a top rail for what I would like to do?

anyone? Maybe my internet search already answered my question, no setups for the top side of these 9mm semi's? I thought I saw something somewhere that looped around the barrel but attached on a bottom rail, think I can find it again...nope

SIG and HK have them. Really not super popular.

IF (big) I wanted one I would go with a Leupold Delta point or the like.

The Delta Point all mount package will allow you to mount the optic on the slide using the rear sight dovetail.

Loose slide to frame fit kinda ruins the accuracy though
