What are your top ten favourite handguns? Your list should be subjective. This is my list:

  1. Tie: Heckler & Koch USP Series and Colt M1911, M1911A1, and Variants
  2. Heckler & Koch P7 Series
  3. SIG-Sauer P Series
  4. Colt Single Action Army Revolvers
  5. Freedom Arms Revolvers
  6. Smith & Wesson Hand Ejector Revolvers
  7. Mauser C96 Broom Handle
  8. Luger P08
  9. SIG P210
  10. Fabrique Nationale FNP-45
I found it difficult to keep the list at ten so honourable mentions go to Beretta 92FS and Glock Series.

1911: Springfield Pro Op, particularly the old model with the full length dust cover, and any of the big custom makers - Wilsons are my favourite but Baers and Nighthawks and so on are nice guns as well. I would love a 10-8 gun, too. I also have a great love of Series 70 Colts.
Glocks: G19, G20, G17 in about that order
M&P9
Sig P226...the only Sig that interests me much, although I guess I'd give a 229 a go as well
HK P7, P30...not much experience with either of these but they do interest me quite a bit

That is my list of favourites...it's also pretty much my list of pistols I care about at all. Chances are pretty good if it didn't make this list I wouldn't spend money on it. Well, maybe a Ruger .22 of some sort.
