Torn between a t97 ftu gen 3 or a wk180c. Steer me right!

My suggestion: save up more and buy a 180MCR. U say ur not concerned with the bullpup vs non-bullpup aspect but in reality u should be. Cus one provides a totally different experience then the other. Its like saying u want a fast car, then choosing between a rally car and a sports car.

Never had a problem with my gen1 t97 with FTU.

Sold it when I got my restricted and first AR for 2 reasons: aftermarket/replacement parts for the t97 are not easy to source and AR or AResque firearms simply have better ergonomics.

The t97 really balance well and handling is great, shoots good too, but if I had the funds I'd still go 180 for the Lego factor and support if needed.

The T97 is built like a tank. The 180 falls apart.

As someone who owns both, go with the T97, unless you want to spend your time replacing broken parts.

I just got my T97 G3 for $984+tax (new) from SFRC. T97 Seem solid, not sure what to expect from this gun. For 1k NR and bullpup thought can’t go wrong.

anybody have any sage advice? I feel like I've read everything I can find through googling, and I still can't decide which rifle I want. Mostly concerned about reliability and durability.

Not overly worried about bullpup or non bullpup as a main argument. Thanks guys!

maybe hold out for what IRUNGUNS will be bringing in, the NODAK SPUD NDS 18SC. From what I've read so far here on CGN it sounds very promising but will cost more

Well the WK180C is one very accurate firearm right out of the box. I must say the trigger has to be the worse trigger I have every experienced but the performance from this barrel is also one of the best right out of the box. Using factory AE 223 at 100 yards this is what you can expect which is very impressive.

Another thing, it seems to be a lottery for some people, but I have a .223 Wylde chambered "1st gen" WK and have had no problems whatsoever with parts breakage.

Ditto.
Personally, I'm convinced Kodiak had it right when coming out of the gate.
Then, they started messing with production processes and confused it for design issues.
So they chased their tails right down the toilet until they found another stable design node.
I still don't have a mark on my receiver from my magnetic charge handle. Go figure...
