Ships out of Ontario. I bought a TS-35 from this guy. He usually doesn't have them with cases.

Around $100 to Canada. Save $30+ if you can cross the border to pick one up.

You can also look for Sturtevant ones. Make sure you're getting one with a female 1/4" hex chuck.

I've heard that the Weaver torque screwdriver is better than the Wheeler. Don't know of anyone who carries them in Canada so I'm going to try to buy one next trip to the US.

I have one of the Wheeler Fat wrenches, and it has been great. I've never used a more expensive or more advanced torque wrench, but this does all that I ask. True, it isn not very granular, but I've never had an issue with mine.

Cheers,
Cal.

You guys haven't been paying attention, we've gone over this a couple times lately. :) The Wheeler FAT wrench is $70, goes from 0-65 in-oz, comes with a 1/4" square tip and an adapter to 1/4" hex so you can use it for all your scope-mounting needs. I'm thinking about buying a 2nd one because I'm too lazy to unscrew it from 65 to 15 when switching between bases and rings. Available at every gun store I've been to in the last two months. Certainly accurate enough for what we do.

FYI, you do NOT leave a torque wrench screwed down to a set point when you are not using it. If you do, it eventually goes out of calibration and will torque low compared to set point. Spend the 15 seconds to use your too properly and set it back to you min. set point value as per the instructions included with your tool.

As always, YMMV
