Tough time finding 9mm powder. Suggestions?

Are there any other suggestions for type of powder? My lee book doesn't offer a lot of different ones.

I've used shotgun powder, works great, but a little dirty.

For the powder that Higginsons has in stock these days they may as well close up shop

Budget shooter supply has powders listed. I have 5lbs of hp38/Win231 I'd be willing to part with.

Higginson's will ALWAYS be the lowest price,,which is why he has low stock often,,,but he is probably the biggest importer of powder in the country,,thousands of pounds at a time,,and is the only distributor licensed to sell and repackage surplus military powders..not to mention a great vendor to deal with,,,if your lucky enough to be within driving distance,,,you'll get yourself the cheapest powder in the country,,and his Hornady bullet pricing always seem the lowest too,,so,,extra bonus..
