will shoot anything you put in em and with only 3 moving parts there is nothing to break
the mags are difficult to find and when you do they are premium priced

You won't find a semi auto anything that won't fail at one time or another. It's the nature of the beast, and it's especially true with a .22 rimfire.

I think you might have hit upon one of the secrets.Stick with the Ruger rotary 10 round mags. I've found the rotary mags to be the best for reliability with a semi auto .22.
The original factory test with the Nylon 66 was something like 200,000 rounds, with out a failure. Now that is a heck of a lot of shooting. FS

Lots of bolt actions start around $400 now. People want cheap and good, but seldom find both in one package. Oh well.![]()
