town/city border on small river???

I hunt waterfowl in a few different towns or cities and the dividing line between a NO Sunday hunting area and a legal Sunday hunting area is a small river. So how does hunting this river work, hunting from one shore line or side of the river is okay and the other is not? Or???

Sounds like you got it correct: one side of the river belongs to one town, you're stuck with its bylaws. Other side, other bylaws. Is the river also a WMU boundary? You might have different rules from those, too.

Same WMU, only difference is the Sunday hunting rule....

I'd search your towns website to find the map showing actual property lines and borders for a detailed map showing exactly where the line is. They're great for buying property or when searching for hunting land and mighty fine for seeing your own property lines and settling land disputes too...
