toying with #00buck out of my .30cals

I would coat them in a lot, size them, then alox them again.

Or you could look for #4 buckshot that's been plated, usually home defence kinda stuff. Give them a bit of lube before sizing and wash them after.

I use the lee sizing lube mixed with 99% isopropyl alcohol 1:20 or so. You have to shake it before you use it every time, but it works awesome and lasts long.

I'll have to see if I can find some. I have never used Alox or sizing lube. I use the lube a matic for lubing. I have some Forrester case sizing lube that I'll thin down with iso. 99%

Ah. For some reason I thought you mentioned the lee push through sizer. They ship a bottle of it with every sizer.

Mixing the isopropyl with forester lube may not work, could try a bit and see how it goes. Dillons lube is lanolin and isopropyl which people also make.

If you're looking for some specific loads, try googling "mouse phart" or "mouse phart loads"
I stumbled onto that a while back when I was just getting into looking up reloading stuff on the interweb.
I wouldn't worry about the pressures as much as stripping lead. Maybe try water dropping the hot bullets right out of the mold? If it's not pure lead, it'll harden them up.

Actually now that I think about it, you could also try powder coating them, just need a cheap toaster oven and some powder.
