Toz 16 USSR Training rifle

Hey all, I came across a single-shot TOZ 16 in a local gunshop. It appears to be in almost new condition, even sporting (allegedly) the original cosmoline. It comes complete with the original military-style tangent sights as well as a Mosin Nagant front sight. The trugger pull us lon but light and the stock has a little wear with a few minor safe kisses. The guy wants $200 for it. Is that a good price, or should I make a lower counteroffer? So, I bought it. Ended up paying $170 for it and after tax it was a hair over $190. Pretty handsome gun the sights are very cool.
