TOZ 17-1 Where to get some parts

I just acquired a TOZ 17-1 and unfortunately it is missing the front sling swivel. Any idea where I might find one or should I not bother and just get a new contemporary North American set?
Also it’s missing the rear screw that attaches the action to the stock just under the bolt. Any suggestions on finding a replacement and if not able to find an original what size/thread should I be looking for?

Bolt would be metric for sure. I would probably get a new set for swivel. However, if you had a picture or two, I could tell you what to do more easily.
 
First pic is of the sling swivel. It's a bolt and not a screw. It came of the butt stock end and the hole at the fore end for the swivel is too large. The sling swivels are the l;east of my concerns - it can be modified.

And here is the bolt for the front lug. It is larger than the one needed at the back and this is what is most important to find. They have a reputation for being tack drivers and I'm hoping that this will be the case with this one.
