TOZ 34 from Armrus - can you use steel shot? I want to duckhunt with it...

I just bought a TOZ 34 over under with fixed chokes - one full, and one modified. My question for all you TOZ owners out there is this - can I use this gun for duckhunting? I have been told that I can't shoot a full choke with steel shot (or I'll eventually get the 'cartoon cigar' effect)and I can't go for a Mallard with lead. The good people at Armrus told me the TOZ 34 would be just fine using steel shot - but their answer to my question was cryptic:

Yes, and much, much better than steel. Tungsten polymer / tungsten matrix from Remington or Kent. Ballistics as good as lead, safe for all barrels that can take SAAMI pressures and they pattern well. They are expensive, but how many shells do you actually shoot at waterfowl? Use lead for everything else, and save the non toxic loads for when they are legally required. If you handload, you can also use bismuth shot - similar benefits.

the steel in your toz is verrrrrrrry hard and will stand up to the steel shot although steel shot patterns different and will be very small with the full choke.
you can use bismuth shot instead it will hit hard like lead and patterns like lead BUT is very expensive. but also when hunting you don't go through a whole bunch of the stuff so the cost is negated.
