TOZ 78 front sight adjusting

Anyone know how to adjust the front sight of a TOZ 78 for windage? My sight is set to far to the left when I got it.

Just knock it with a punch on the cylinder that the post is threaded into. I used a nylon punch and it as pretty simple.

Before I start giving the cylinder the post is on a good smacking with a punch. The cylinder looks looks threaded. Whats the deal with that?

The cylinder is plastic, I think the thread looking things are just to give it some tension so it stays put. You don't have to whack it very hard.

that's right.... don't whack it very hard... and if you do use plenty of lube
