TP9sfx Century ARMS not responding, red dot site plate problems

Has anybody had any experience with dealing with Century Arms Canada? I have emailed and called Mr Stanko quite a few times and called regarding my red dot site plate (the number one plate that I need). The one helicoil on the number one plate is not properly inserted and flush with the plate. The screws specifically for the site don't seem to fit very well with the supplied Allen key whereas the screw for the interchangeable mag release button is great. He admitted they had some issues with some of the parts with the gun itself being not up to snuff but the gun itself being good. Anybody have any suggestions? I contacted Wolverine supplies where is purchased it but I thought the manufacturer itself would be better at getting back to me since they seemed to have no issue with what I was saying and they were just waiting for stock. Its been since August so if any body has any suggestions I'm open to them. I dropped a little post into the wolverine forum to see if they have any ideas.
